Chef Crawford Pressley returned to Columbia, SC to open Loosh Culinaire Fine Catering after working at a number of fine restaurants in the Southeast, including the Five Star, Five Diamond-rated Woodlands Inn in Summerville, S.C. A graduate of Heathwood Hall Episcopal School and Mercer University, Pressley studied economics before attending Le Cordon Bleu. He refines his knowledge of wine as a member of the Bacchus Society of Columbia.
